2022-2023 Registration Information

Early Kindergarten registration has been delayed due to the new state changes.

 

Kindergarten registration begins at the school site, on 1/11/2022 through 1/25/2022, and continuously at SCUSD.edu and at the Enrollment Center. Students must turn 5 years old before 9/1/2022, enrollment is based on the date of registration.  All vaccinations for school are required for the packet to be accepted.

 

6th Grade Sly Park Parent Meeting

Covid Update

The Serna Center will be open for Covid testing on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Monday, January 17th between 8:00AM and 4:00PM.

 

If your student is ill please keep them home until symptoms have subsided.  Please be sure to contact the school via phone, or email to shelly-fleming@scusd.edu  A Health Aide will be in contact with you for testing requirements.  

If your student tests positive for Covid please report it to the school and to covidreport@scusd.edu (if the test was done outside a SCUSD site). You will be contacted with further instructions.

If someone else in your household tests positive please report it to the school and to covidreport@scusd.edu (if the test was done outside a SCUSD site). You will be contacted with further instructions.

If your student is vaccinated please be sure to update their record at scusd.edu/reportvaccine.  If you have problems, bring a copy to the school office of the vaccination record.

“Community” testing will be available this Friday morning  7:30AM- 8:00AM at the first cafeteria door.
