Next Friday, October 16th, will be Bancroft Day, wear your Bancroft spirit gear or dress in blue and gold.  If you would like to purchase spirit wear it is available at our PTO website at hubertbancroftpto.square.site . You can also become a member of PTO or make a donation.

From the Office

Please go to our website hbancroft.scusd.edu and complete all of your student’s first day packet forms, we especially need the emergency card, LCFF and lunch applications as soon as possible.

If your child misses participating in class for any reason please contact the teacher, or the office at 916-395-4595 (press 1), or shelly-fleming@scusd.edu. Attendance is taken daily!

Teachers that are participating in packet exchanges have given specific directions for pick-up/drop-off locations, please follow their instructions.  We are getting extra “visitors” in the office, we miss you, but it does create extra precautions to be taken.

Just a reminder, Monday, October 12th, Indigenous Peoples/Columbus Day

 is not a holiday.

Fare-Free Transit for Students Extended Through September 2021

Great News! The fare-free transit for youth program has been extended through September 30, 2021. Students in grades TK through12 can continue to ride the entire SacRT buses, light rail and SmaRT Ride microtransit service for FREE!

Due to limitations resulting from COVID-19, students won’t need a RydeFreeRT sticker to ride, simply show a student ID or a RydeFreeRT card.

For students who need a replacement card, don’t have a student ID, please visit SacRT’s Customer Service and Sales Center.

You can learn more about the fare-free transit for youth program at rydefreert.com.
