On Time Ticket Contest

Winners of our On Time Ticket Contest will be announced on Friday, December 23, 2022!

A certificate will be sent home with each student whose name is drawn for the Game Truck, which will be here later in January.

Congratulations to all of our weekly and monthly winners, and great job on improving attendance and tardies.

PJ Spirit Day

This Friday students are encouraged to wear their favorite pajamas/robes to school.  Please do not wear slippers, regular closed toed shoes that can be worn while running.

4thR Closed

Just a reminder 4thR will be closed on Friday, December 23rd.  Be sure to make other after school arrangements for your student(s).

Winter Break

This Friday, December 23rd is our last day before Winter Break, it is regular school hours.  We will return on Monday, January 9, 2023 at 8:00AM.

2023-2024 Kindergarten Registration

Registration for the next school year Kindergarten will begin on-site in the office on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 and will continue through Tuesday, January 24, 2023.  Parents may also register on-line at https://www.scusd.edu/kindergarten-registration, or in person at the Enrollment Center. Students must turn five on or before September 1, 2023.

Information for Transitional Kindergarten will be available in 2023.

Students for this program must turn 5 between September 2, 2023 and April 2, 2024.

Donations

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that donated toys for the Ronald McDonald House and gift cards for needy families. Once again our Bancroft families have come through generously!

Retirement

Today the students and staff honored, and celebrated, the retirement of our long-time Plant Manager Mr. Darrell Amey.  Each class created a key so he will always have the “keys to Bancroft”.  We will miss him and wish him well!
