BEAVERDASH – We need your help! We are looking for a Sponsorship Coordinator for this year’s Beaver Dash! Help make our Beaverdash a success by gathering sponsors. Most of the work can be done online, letter and form templates will be provided. Email the PTO if interested at HubertbancroftPTO@gmail.com.

 

DINE OUT NIGHTS - We have two upcoming Family Dine Out Nights.  March 16th is Panda Express, located at 5801 Folsom Blvd, from 10:00 AM to 9:30PM. April 19

Office News

Minimum days are approaching fast!  Be sure to mark your calendars for Friday, March 17th through Friday, March 24th.  There is no change for Kindergarten or TK.  Grades 1-3 will be dismissed at 12:10PM and grades 4-6 will be dismissed at 12:24PM.  Students may have lunch in the cafeteria, but must be picked up, or go to their on-site program as soon as they are done.

 

Just a reminder……if your student is late, or misses school, due to a doctor/dentist appointment please be sure to ask for a note, it will not count as a tardy or absence on their attendance record!

 

2023-2024 Kindergarten/TK Registration

Registration for the next school year Kindergarten  began Tuesday, January 10, 2023.  Parents may register on-line at https://www.scusd.edu/kindergarten-registration, in person at the Enrollment Center, or pick-up a packet from the office and turn it in at the Enrollment Center. Students must turn five on or before September 1, 2023, and have all the required immunizations.

 

Transitional Kindergarten registration is now being accepted on-line at https://www.scusd.edu/transitional-kindergarten , or you can download the packet and drop it off at the Enrollment Center. A lottery will be held in May if a school site reaches capacity.

Students for this program must turn 5 between September 2, 2023 and April 2, 2024, and have received their required immunizations. New this year, families need to register for their neighborhood school, or the nearest school with a program, enter your address at http://www.scusd.edu/school-finder to find your closest site.
