Membership Drive runs through Friday!

 Adults can become a member at any time during the year, but this week’s drive to try and push for memberships.
 Here are the Membership Drive details:
 Join at:  hubertbancroftpto.square.site, $10 annual dues.
 -one membership per adult, students do not need to be members
 Incentives:  
 Everyone who joins will receive this year’s membership gift.
 The three classes with the highest percentage of members at the end of the week will win a popcorn party!  (One winner from each:  EK/Kinder, Primary & Intermediate)
 We are also raffling off TWO #beavernation Stanley Tumblers, 40 oz.
Every parent  membership or direct donation earns a raffle entry for one tumbler!
The teacher with the highest percentage of memberships at the end of the week will win the second tumbler!  (Yes, we will be sure to track siblings who have multiple teachers)

Dine-Out Night

Join us for Dine-Out Night at Panera, 901 Howe Avenue, on Wednesday, September 27th between 7:00AM and 9:00PM.  Show the attached flyer with your order or use the code FUND4U online, in the app or at the kiosk.

Lunch on the Lawn

This Friday, September 29th bring a blanket, or chair, and come have lunch with your student(s) on the lawn!  Please sign in at the gate.

WE need your HELP!  We are looking for parents to volunteer for our School Site Council and ELAC Committee.  School Site Council meets once a month, via Zoom, in the evening, ELAC meets four times a year. Good Attendance Awards starting October 1st!  See the attached flyer for details!

If your student is absent please call the office and leave a message on the attendance voice mail, email shelly-fleming@scusd.edu or use the icon on our website at h.bancroft.scusd.edu.  If a student misses a day, they miss a lot!

 

Mental Health Words of the Month: Every month here at Bancroft we will be focusing on different mental health themes. In October, we will be concentrating on KINDNESS. Throughout the month of October, we will be practicing little bits of KINDNESS with some activities here at school and it will change every week.  Be sure to ask about it when your students get home.  How did they practice kindness?  Did they see any kindness at school?
