Calendar Notes from the Office

Minimum Days continue through Monday 12/9/19.  Students will be dismissed at 12:10 PM for primary grades, and 12:24 PM for intermediate grades, there is no change for Early Kinder or Kindergarten.  Students may eat lunch in the cafeteria after dismissal, but must be picked up or go to their supervised after school program when they are done.

 

Perfect Attendance Drawing – King’s Box Seat Tickets

As a special incentive for Perfect Attendance between Monday, October 7th and Friday, December 6th any student who has no tardy’s and no absences will be entered in a drawing for a FREE ticket to the King’s game (vs. Thunder) on December 11th.  The prize includes a box seat ticket for the student and an adult, food and drink!!  Up to 10 winners will be drawn!

 

PTO Movie Night

Join us Friday, December 6th at 6:00 PM for family movie night.  We will be showing The Grinch in the cafeteria so bring blankets and pillows.  Free admission and popcorn!  Hot cocoa, refreshments and pizza will be available for purchase. 

 

Student Council News

Pajama Day will be this Friday, December 6th. Please wear appropriate attire,

 and no slippers please!

Winter Holiday Day will be Friday, December 20th.  Wear winter themed clothes, or your ugliest sweater, no costumes please.

 

Holiday Food Drive

We will once again being doing our Annual Holiday Food Drive.  If you know of anyone at school or in the neighborhood that could use a Holiday meal please contact the office, or flyers will be sent home after break to nominate also.

 

Lost & Found

WE HAVE A HUGE AMOUNT OF CLOTHING!  Please check the rack and barrel for lost items when you are on campus for parent conferences.

 

PTO Meeting Change

Beginning in January PTO meetings will be on the second Thursday of each month at 6:15 PM.
