Student Council Spirit Days

Game Spirit Day 11/15/19 - dress in your favorite game attire, age appropriate games only please!  It can be board games or video games, t-shirts and hats preferred.

Thanksgiving Spirit Day 11/20/19 - dress in your favorite fall colors or shirts with Thanksgiving/Fall themes.  No full costumes please!

 

Super Turkey Trot

Our Annual Super Turkey Trot will be on Thursday, November 21st and Friday, November 22nd.  Please be sure your student is dressed to run!  Further details and times to come!

 

Calendar Notes from the Office

We will have Minimum Days starting Friday, 11/22/19, Monday through Friday 12/2/19-12/6/19, and on Monday 12/9/19.  Students will be dismissed at 12:10 for primary grades, and 12:24 for intermediate grades, there is no change for Early Kinder or Kindergarten.

There will be NO SCHOOL the week of 11/25/10 through 11/29/19 for Thanksgiving Break.

4thR will be closed on 11/28/19 and 11/29/19 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

 

Perfect Attendance Drawing – King’s Box Seat Tickets

As a special incentive for Perfect Attendance between Monday, October 7th and Friday, December 6th any student who has no tardy’s and no absences will be entered in a drawing for a FREE ticket to the King’s game (vs. Thunder) on December 11th.  The prize includes a box seat ticket for the student and an adult, food and drink!!  Up to 10 winners will be drawn!

 

6th Grade Parents

Sutter Middle School visitations begin 12/3/19 and continue with various dates through 1/14/20.  Please go to www.sutter.scusd.edu and link to Sign-Up Genius to schedule a visit.

New Immunization Requirements -  Beginning in July 2019 all students entering 7th grade are required to have the TDAP and a second Varicella immunization, if they don’t have one already.  When your student receives, either or both, of these shots please bring a copy of their shot record to the office so we may update our computer system.
